From rental and utility assistance to case management and emergency clothing, the Glendale Community Services Center offers a variety of support programs. Seniors can take advantage of the 26 services available at the city's senior centers, as well as the Cooling Fan Assistance Program managed by the Department of Community Services. Transportation services such as Dial-a-Ride and MTA bus passes are also available.

The Guadeloupe Community Service Center provides food pantry services, health and nutrition classes, English as a Second Language classes, sports, arts and cultural activities for youth, after-school tutoring, and assistance with registering for CalFresh.
